Production Supervisor
Provide support to the shop floor, i.e. remove road blocks and facilitate problem solving. Seek out, objectively evaluate, advocate for and implement the ideas of others. Communicate and build trust while fostering ongoing positive working relationships. Communicate corporate strategies and concepts to all employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeps people focused on the right first things.
Proactively manages capacity, analyses productivity and efficiency, establish and monitor appropriate metrics and makes necessary improvements based on data.
Utilizes systems to proactively analyze production data such as open order reports and work with team members and planning to ensure customer demand is met.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in order to move the business forward.
Persistent in getting to the root cause and exploring solutions that cover all the angles.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school. A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a related field. Familiar with ISO 9000. Familiar with AS9100, six sigma and lean manufacturing a plus.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
