Job Description
  • Leads development of an enterprise-wide data strategy
  • Collaborates with Senior Leaders to implement approved data strategy
  • Establishes strategic direction for building the organization's data management program and optimizing its utilization by stakeholders
  • Identifies and monitors integrated decision-support applications and databases
  • Establishes cross-functional data governance and supports adoption and adherence to data quality and process governance in the relevant collaborating functional areas
  • Leads collection and review of data from legacy systems and makes modernization recommendations that ensure new solutions better provide timely, useful and clean data
  • Enables adoption of new data analytics and analysis techniques
  • Reviews existing tools and procedures to identify trends, cost reductions, and operational improvement opportunities 
  • Encourages and supports enterprise data sharing and collaboration 
  • Promotes the enterprise-wide use of data to drive organizational transformation activities
  • Works closely with internal and third-party Infrastructure teams to organize and create an environment that makes data and information accessible with appropriate channels of access controls; acts as an advisor in the use of data to improve performance and enterprise-wide strategy formulation
  • Work with internal and external resources to manage product and customer data assets
  • Inform and guide efforts to automate data governance standards within available software
  • Technical environment:
    • Industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
    • Data governance principles 
    • Business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
    • Change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement design
    • Salesforce
    • SAP S4/HANA
    • Google Analytics
    • Business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI
    • eCommerce applications and ability to innovate within a B2B eCommerce environment
    • Web user experience 

Job Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any Engineering field
  • 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Management required
  • Required skills including industry leading data quality and data protection management practices; data government principles; business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protections
  • Experience with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement design
  • Prior experience with Salesforce; SAP S4/HANA; Google Analytics; business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI; eCommerce applications and ability to innovate within a B2B eCommerce environment; web user experience 
  • 20% travel required 

Salary: $152,271/yr - $165,000/yr
