The Customer Success Specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences for the Industrial Digital (ID) Manufacturing’s meviy offerings.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. To be successful, the ideal candidate will have industrial experience and a track record of developing customer relationships. 

  • Establish relationships with assigned clients as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of meviy products and services. 
  • Clarify customer issues from an engineering standpoint and provide solutions through the meviy system.      
  • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed customer expectations. 
  • Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed. 
  • Provides reports to management as required. 
  • Travel as needed up to 60% of the time. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, materials or related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer success-oriented role.  
  • Experience in machine builder businesses using CNC and Bending processes. 
  • Experience in the manufacturing/ distribution industry related to equipment, product design, and sourcing.  Basic understanding of mechanical components and engineering & procurement processes in component design. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office365, Tableau, VBA, SQL
  • Experience using CRM(s) like Salesforce to track and report activities.
  • Applying basic problem-solving methods to define and resolve problems. Determining a course of action based on guidelines. 
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
